Beach Mindfulness Meditation | Melanie Pensak - Come Adventure With Us.
Meditate by the ocean with the intention to step out of the busyness of life and to enter into the present moment by engaging all the senses.
During this beach-side mindfulness sensory adventure, participants will learn to observe the ocean landscape using sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell and to leave the “thinking” mind far behind. Meditations and nature invitations will help guests increase awareness of their inner world and the outer world in a new way.
Participants will leave relaxed, clear, and connected to the Earth through an embodied experience of the ocean landscape.
